Amazing views! the suites are incredibly spacious and modern. the staff is friendly and always ready to assist you in any way possible. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and well worth it.

The resort is located on top of a hill, which requires a bit of an off-road ride to get to. For those with motion sickness, this can be a challenge.

Location was great. Amazing views of the mountains, lake, city, sunrise, and sunset. The property was huge and had a big private park. The facilities were modern and staff were friendly.

The road to the hotel was bumpy and unpaved, which made it difficult to reach the hotel. the SUV arranged by the hotel was pricey, which is not an ideal option for a longer stay.

The hotel facilities were outstanding; from the tropical trees in the park to the modern transportation and parking services. The friendly staff were available 24/7 and provided the best customer service I've experienced in this city. The complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious too!

Bad , the only drawback of staying at this venue is the road leading up to it. Although it's only a short ride, the last part is a bumpy unpaved road that may make some guests uncomfortable.
